Mopeds were popularized in the 70’s and seemed to drop off the map after the before the 90’s came around. This little shop Myron’s Mopeds has been running their shop since the craze began and still services all of Orange County. It remains to be one of hundreds of moped shops that is operating in Southern California.

High gas prices, great mileage, and low registration and license fees make mopeds and scooters a go to commodity during this economy. Some mopeds can even be electrically charged!

My friend Tameca DeVant was diagnosed with a disease which the doctor’s gave her a 25% survival rate in 2005, but has been able to continue being a wife, mother, actress, singer, and poet while remaining cheerful and loving and confident in God’s purpose for her life. 

She’s trying to raise $20,000 to put on a production for her new dream: Destined for Purpose Productions, a company set out to utilize people’s giftings for the stage and for other’s who need a break in their acting careers. The money will go towards cast, crew, marketing, and production expenses.
